Your responsibilities and our expectations will include:
- Operating the store in peak business hours (typically evenings and weekends) and non-peak business hours (mornings and afternoons):
- Executing store opening and closing responsibilities and other various day-to-day operational procedures
- Utilizing multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Having a working knowledge of sales techniques and procedures
- Fulfilling fundamental missions of Honey Hut:
- Ensuring customers’ outstanding experience through engagement, product quality, and exemplary service
- Creating all products correctly and efficiently
- Maintaining cleanliness standards
- Strong leadership qualities
- Managing a crew of up to ten employees
- Ensuring employees adherence to policies with an especially strong focus on customer service
- Additional responsibilities such as hiring, scheduling, outside sales calls negotiable according to interest and ability level
Availability:
- Availability requirement: 30-40 hours/week
- Availability 4:00pm-11:00pm most Mondays through Saturdays
- Availability 11:00am-11:00pm most Sundays
- Scheduling is flexible and accommodations can be negotiated
A successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Strong work ethic, a dedication to the customer experience, a high level of energy, and display proven experience in retail (especially quick-service food retail) and/or retail management.
Salary:
- Negotiable; $18+/hr, commensurate with qualifications/experience

Employment approximately March 1 through December 15, annually. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications, experience and availability.
